I mean – I’m a yoga teacher. I meditate. I eat healthy. I move my body. I’m mindful about what I consume...
And yet – I can feel it:
It’s coming. The (Peri)menopause.

One day you’re fine – and the next?
You’re suddenly burning up for no reason, you forget simple words (hello, brain fog!), and you feel this rage rising inside you out of nowhere. Then comes the anxiety – and suddenly you’re overthinking literally everything.
Oh – and sleep? That sweet old friend? Gone. I can’t get no sleep.

And you start asking yourself:
“Is this just stress? Am I losing it?
What the hell is happening to me?!”

Let me tell you – you’re not alone.
Perimenopause is a real thing, and it affects all of us.
AND: it’s completely normal.
It’s a privilege to grow older.
And it’s time we talk about it more.
