One of the things I love most after workshops and yoga classes is when people come up to me, ask a question, or share a challenge they've been carrying with them for a long time.

I often find myself thinking, If only we had another hour, we could explore this together.

As much as I love the energy of teaching groups, some topics simply need personal guidance. That's exactly why I offer Personal Sessions.

These days, my main focus is on workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings, so I only offer Personal Sessions on rare occasions.

For the months of July, August, and September, I'm opening up a limited number of appointments. If you've been looking for one-on-one guidance, this is a special opportunity to work personally with a teacher who brings over 25 years of teaching experience in yoga, pranayama, yoga philosophy, women's health, and nervous system regulation.

Perhaps this is exactly the right moment to give yourself this time.

This more that just traditional private yoga lesson. It's a safe and supportive space where we explore together what will best support you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

These Personal Sessions are for anyone seeking individual guidance—whether you're completely new to yoga, have an established practice, or even teach yoga yourself.
