I’ll admit it: I’m scared of AI too.

Scared of how deeply it might change our world — and of what we may lose along the way. Not just our humanity, but also our jobs.

And at the same time, I’m fascinated by it. Honestly, it feels a little like a love-hate relationship.

ChatGPT is incredibly practical, creative, and efficient. But sometimes I really wonder: What will our world look like in a few years? Will we lose our connection? Our ability to think deeply? Ourselves?

But the more I turn inward and trust in something greater — in yoga we call it Ishvara Pranidhana, surrender to the Divine — the clearer things become.

And I’m no longer afraid that AI will replace my work.

Here’s why:

AI can write complex texts.
Generate images.
Build strategies.
Even hold conversations.

But do you know what it cannot do?

It cannot truly feel you.
It cannot sense your breath in the room.
It cannot co-regulate your nervous system through physical presence.
It cannot hold that one sacred moment
when something inside of you suddenly softens.

AI can support.
But it cannot hold presence.

We live in a world full of input, stress, and constant doing.

And many people are losing connection — to themselves and to the world around them.

That is exactly why we need yoga more than ever.

AI cannot feel the energy in a room.
It cannot catch your gaze.
It cannot place a hand on your back and say:
“You are safe.”

Healing happens in connection.

Because yoga was never just movement.
Yoga means union. Reconnection.

With your body.
With your breath.
With the divinity within your heart.

Bhakti. Love. Community. Human touch. Presence.
Heart to heart.
Real connection.

Transformation does not happen through information alone. It happens through energetic, emotional, and spiritual connection.

That’s why a Teacher Training is so much more than a certification.

It doesn’t only transform your inner world.
It changes how you live, how you work, how you lead, and how you meet others.

Because in a world full of AI and automation, genuine human connection will become priceless.

Our Teacher Training begins on October 22nd, and I would love to invite you to a free online yoga class on June 11th, followed by a Q&A.

With love,
Gabriela 🫶
